helpful staff washing machine cooking facilities
the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. the apartment included a washing machine and cooking facilities. it was located in a lovely area though the courtyard outside was a bit small.
odor was present in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. the dishwasher did not work well. they did not offer a solution!

The unit offered a washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. This was very useful.
There was a slight issue with the elevator. It required walking a few flights of stairs.

Decent Location, Some Issues

The location was really convenient. Many shops and cafes were nearby. Luxembourg Gardens was just around the corner, easily accessible. Our two bedroom apartment had great space. The kitchen was also convenient for our family.
I encountered a few issues. On one occasion a staff member asked if we were staying there, and what room we were in. I found this unsettling. I also got a call from the front desk because a client complained about noise, even though we were asleep. A man with a key opened our door without explanation, which scared us.

I stayed in a one-bedroom suite le charmeur. the suite included a separate kitchen and dining area and a living room. the bedroom featured an en suite bathroom. Daily housekeeping was complimentary. i found many restaurants and sights within walking distance.
i noticed a slight draft near the windows.

the hotel staff was very helpful and attentive. they made check-in and check-out seamless. the manager assisted with luggage, and the front desk promptly addressed inquiries. the excellent service.

the location offered easy access to multiple metro and rer lines. several attractions and good restaurants are very close. jardin du luxembourg provided a nearby space for jogging, and we loved the convenience.
